All Countertop RO systems come with a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty covers:

• Parts (including shipping during the first 30 days)

• Parts only (excluding shipping after 30 days)

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care

• Water leak damage – this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages caused directly or indirectly by improper use of the product

• Replacement filters (filter sets must be purchased separately)
