Warranty

Warranty: 1 year for any Countertop RO system. Warranty covers:

• parts (itself plus shipping for first 30 days)
• parts (itself exclude shipping after 30 days)

Warranty does NOT cover:
– damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care.
– any water leaks damage. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as damage to or loss of directly or indirectly caused by improper use of the product.
– replacement filters (replacement filter set would need to be purchased separately)

 

Warranty for parts and replacement filter cartridges: 30 day Manufacturer warranty.
