• If the customer returns the item within the first 15 days, we offer a full refund (the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost).

• After 15 days, the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping charges.

• Parts and shipping

• Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care

• Water leak damage – this warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages caused directly or indirectly by improper use of the product

• Replacement filters – filter sets must be purchased separately

  • Filter cartridges come with a limited 30-day warranty against defects (no exceptions)
